No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement. Limitation of Liability
Stock Footage Market is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, availability, or intellectual property rights of any of the stock footage that is featured on our Website. You will not hold Stock Footage Market responsible for other users' actions or inactions. You acknowledge that we are only a venue that allows stock footage Licensors to market and advertise their stock footage collections to stock footage Licensees. Stock Footage Market has no control over and does not guarantee the quality, availability, accuracy, legality or intellectual property rights / copyrights of the stock footage featured on our Website.
